I offer free consultations to understand your project, goals, and expectations. To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, I kindly request that you answer the following questions:
- Do you have a set brand, identity, logo, mission, motto, values, etc?
- Do you have specific texts, images, and videos or should I use placeholders?
- Have you finalized the design and feature set? Figma, PSD, png?
- Who is your competition? Who is your target audience?
- What benefits (not features!) does your site offer the target audience?
- What programming languages should be used?
Please note that you may not have answers to all of these questions initially, and that is perfectly fine. However, the more of these questions you can answer and the more detail you can provide, the happier your clients will be!

What's the difference between a benefit and a feature?
Features are factual information about your site. Benefits are how the feature impacts the user and hopefully reduces a pain point. So, we design your site with a dark mode toggle. The dark mode itself is a feature. The benefit is that it reduces eye strain (for some users in some types of apps).
What placeholders do you use?
Unless you provide the required assets for the project, then I will use the industry standard placeholders. For text, this will be Lorem Ipsum... a Latin script that can be repeated or shortened to an exact amount of characters while videos and images will be represented by a colored rectangle.
What is your process?
Consume Enhance Replicate. I consume knowledge from you about the project. Then, I enhance that knowledge through research. This allows me to replicate the industry standards while providing your users with an experience that is uniquely yours!
Are responsive design and dark mode included in the base price?
Only the desktop version is included with this price, but I can do a particular design for mobile or dark mode for an extra fee.
What is included in the final delivery?
A ZIP file that contains the complete plugin. The file may contain copywritten content like copy, images, videos, or colors. It is your responsibility to ensure that your published plugin complies with copyright laws and that all content is obtained with proper authorization.
