Email Automation Specialist

Jan 2023 - Present • 3 yrs 9 mos

I’ve worked with small businesses and online brands to set up and improve their email automation systems, helping them stay consistent without needing to manually send emails every time. My work focuses on building structured flows such as welcome sequences, lead nurturing emails, abandoned cart recovery, and re-engagement campaigns. Rather than just setting things up, I pay attention to how each sequence connects; making sure subscribers move smoothly from one stage to the next without feeling overwhelmed or “marketed to.” The goal is simple: create automation systems that feel natural to the reader but still drive meaningful engagement.

Email Marketing Support & Optimization

Jun 2022 - Present • 4 yrs 4 mos

I’ve supported small business owners in improving their existing email marketing efforts by refining what they already have rather than starting from scratch. This includes reviewing campaigns, improving email layouts, adjusting messaging flow, and helping reposition CTAs for better engagement. Many of these projects involve identifying small gaps that affect performance and making practical improvements that lead to a smoother and more effective email experience. My approach is simple: keep what works, fix what doesn’t, and make the overall system more intentional.

Email Marketing & Newsletter Strategist

May 2022 - Present • 4 yrs 5 mos

I work closely with brands, creators, and small businesses to turn their email marketing into a consistent growth channel; not just a “send and hope” system. My approach goes beyond design. I help clients structure their newsletters, campaigns, and automations in a way that naturally guides readers toward action; whether that’s subscribing, clicking, or making a purchase. Over time, I’ve worked on a range of projects including newsletter design and optimization (especially on platforms like Substack), email campaigns, automated flows, and landing pages built to support conversions. I’ve also helped connect email sequences with broader sales funnels to create a more seamless customer journey. I pay close attention to how people actually read and interact with emails. This allows me to create experiences that feel simple and natural on the surface, but are intentionally designed to drive engagement and results.
