Hi! I'm MAURICESTARONTHEMIX a.k.a DOPENESS.
Welcome to my mixing and mastering gig.
I'm from Nigeria and I'm a full time Producer cum Mixing & Mastering Engineer with more than 6 years of experience. I specialize in Afrobeat, R&B, Trap, Hip Hop. I have worked with many artists, bands and I've also worked in collaboration with other producers. Now is the time to WORK WITH YOU!
There are three different packages available here and you can refer to them to see which one is best for you based on the number of stems. Regardless of the package you choose, I will use all my knowledge and tools to get you that EXPENSIVE AND DOPE SOUND you want.
The process is simple. You send me your Stems and in two days (or less) you will have your song playing at a TOP LEVEL. So you get the quality you and your music deserve.
All packages of this service include FREE:
- Pitch correction in voice files with Melodyne.
- Pitch correction with AutoTune in ALL files that need it.
- Mastering.

What do you do in the Mixing service?
As each song is a different world, that can vary. I balance volume and panning. I also generally use EQ (Normal and Dynamic), Compression, Multiband Compression, Harmonic Saturation, Parallel Processes, Reverb, Delay, AutoTune, Pitch Correct, Creative Effects, Stereo Enhancement and Automations.
What is your equipment?
To work I use Cubase Pro 12 (always updated), high-end plugins (Waves, SSL, Slate Digital, Softube, Plugin Alliance, UAD, Fabfilter, etc).
How can I best prepare and ship my Stems for Mixing?
Prepare your stems without any processing at 44.1/ 48 KHz, 24-bit or 32-bit WAV. Make sure nothing is on the stereo bus too! If there are any effects (Reverbs/ Amp Simulations/ Autotune) that you already have prepared, include both the dry and wet stems.
When do you make the delivery?
I make the delivery once you are satisfied with the result. I always send the mix before mastering so you can give me your suggestions and opinions. Once you are 100% comfortable with the mix, it is mastered and delivered!
What will I receive at the end of the order?
The song is delivered ready and optimized for Streaming. The format is WAV (48KHz / 16 bit) and Mp3 320Kbps.
Can you offer me a package if I have an EP or Album?

What are revisions?
The revisions serve so that once the song is ready and delivered, if you need a change you can use the number of revisions that are necessary so that the final product is perfect for you.
