I will provide you with a 3, 6, or 10 week fitness training programme to help you bulk, lose fat, improve muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance or to improve any other physical component of fitness. additionally I am able to provide you with a variety of healthy dishes with many alternatives to help you with what you want to achieve.


You need to provide a timetable or written plan of:

  • when you work/ attend education Monday- Sunday for the next 3, 6 or 10 weeks depending on the package you chose.
  • any other time taking activities which you can't change the time of (e.g. Therapist, clubs etc.)

I also need to know about:

  • any past injuries and how long ago they were.
  • any health issues.
  • whether you will have consistent access to the gym.
  • disabilities.
  • your weight.
  • your height.
  • how active you are on a weekly basis.
  • your goal (lose fat, bulk, improve certain physical components of fitness or get fit in general)


If you also chose the nutritional advice I will need to know:

  • allergies.
  • any other reasons why you can't eat other food (religion, disease etc.)
