What files do you need to start the project?
I can work from CAD drawings, PDFs, sketches, or reference images. The more detailed the information (dimensions, elevations, or sections), the more accurate the Revit model will be.
What version of Revit do you use?
I work with the latest versions of Autodesk Revit (usually 2025), but I can save the model in an earlier version upon request.
Can you work with linked CAD files or other BIM models?
Yes, I can import and coordinate linked files (DWG, IFC, or RVT). For complex coordination tasks, please select the Premium package or contact me before ordering.
Can you make custom Revit families?
Absolutely. I can create custom parametric families (doors, windows, furniture, etc.) — included in the Standard and Premium packages, or as an extra service.
What units do you use for modeling?
I can work in metric (meters, millimeters) or imperial (feet, inches) units according to your project requirements. Please specify your preferred units when placing the order.
