Agentio — an internal platform that converts an organization's existing microservice APIs into conversational AI agents, removing the need for a human in the loop to coordinate cross-system tasks. • Collaborated in a 4-person cross-functional team to build and ship the platform end-to-end, from architecture to deployment. • Developed 20+ RESTful backend APIs using FastAPI and Pydantic schemas. • Built a unified endpoint supporting 3 API specification input formats (file, URL, and raw text). • Co-designed a relational database schema comprising 10+ SQL tables supporting a multi-tenant data model. • Implemented JWT-based authentication and deployed backend services to Azure App Service. • Engineered and refined system prompts for LLM agents in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, validating agent behavior through conversation-trace analysis to improve API selection and task execution.
