I have experience in the design and construction of 30+ commercial Naval Vessels, which include ocean-going LPG carriers, Bulk Carrier, Cargo Vessel, Container Ship, Pontoon, Tugboat, Houseboat, Yacht, Fiberglass Boat, Catamaran and Kayak. I honestly believe I gave Maruf many, many opportunities to deliver. The project was supposed to be completed within 1 month and after 3 months of no progress, Maruf stopped responding. I don't believe I didn't scope the job correctly and sent through a detailed multi-page document to ensure the brief...
