During my time at Ulohelps, I worked closely with the product and marketing teams to grow the platform and strengthen how we connect caregivers with careseekers. My role focused on product marketing, partnerships, and growth initiatives aimed at building trust in the marketplace while increasing the number of skilled caregivers joining the platform. I led several outreach and partnership efforts with training institutions and organizations that produce skilled service providers. One of the key initiatives involved presenting the Ulohelps platform at Wavecrest College of Hospitality, where we demonstrated how the platform works and how students could access real job opportunities through it. From that visit, we were able to identify and begin onboarding more than fifty potential caregivers who could be verified and matched with families. Alongside partnerships, I contributed to the marketing and brand repositioning efforts during the company’s rebrand phase. I worked with the design and social media teams to refine messaging across channels and ensure our communication reflected the new direction of the brand. This included reviewing content strategies, shaping campaign messaging, and helping structure content calendars that addressed both sides of the marketplace caregivers looking for dignified work and families searching for reliable help. I also supported community engagement and caregiver acquisition efforts, particularly through social media and direct outreach. Our work helped strengthen engagement within the caregiver community while continuing to grow the platform’s database of verified professionals. On the operational side, I worked on email copy for redesigned templates, contributed to early SEO planning to improve search visibility, and helped coordinate marketing activities across the team to ensure campaigns and outreach efforts moved forward smoothly. Overall, my time at Ulohelps involved a mix of strategic thinking, on-the-ground partnerships,
