Do you guarantee sales or a specific ACoS?
No. Results depend on your product, price, reviews and competition. We set a target ACoS together, I optimize toward it using your data, and you see the numbers in a before/after report.
How soon will I see results?
Wasted spend can often be cut within the first few days. Scaling what works takes longer, because Amazon needs a couple of weeks of data to judge changes fairly.
Do you need my Amazon login?
No. You add me as a user with advertising access through Seller Central user permissions. I can't touch your payments or other account settings, and you can remove my access any time.
Which Amazon marketplaces do you work with?
Amazon US by default. If you sell on another marketplace (UK, CA, DE, etc.), message me before ordering and I'll confirm I can help.
Which ad types do you manage?
Sponsored Products in all packages. Sponsored Brands and Display campaigns are included in the 30-Day PPC Management package.
What ad budget do I need to get started?
There's no strict minimum, but very small budgets give little data to optimize. Message me your monthly spend and I'll tell you honestly whether PPC management makes sense yet.
Can you help a brand new product with no sales or reviews?
Yes, I can set up campaigns to gather data and find converting keywords. But listing quality and reviews also affect results, so expect slower progress than with an established product.
What is a good ACoS for my product?
It depends on your profit margin. Your break-even ACoS is roughly your margin before ads. Send me your price and costs and we'll set a realistic target before I touch anything.
Will you change my campaigns without telling me?
No. Every change is logged and summarized in your report, so you always see what was changed and why. You can ask questions or reverse anything.
Do you also optimize listings or do product research?
No, this gig is Amazon PPC only. I focus on your ads so I can do that one thing well. Your listing should be in decent shape before ads, and I'll tell you if it's holding results back.
