Inventoried data from our internal systems to identify movement of data in system, aggregated data into pivot tables for better visualization for presentation to Executive leadership team. Performed data preparation and data gathering activities to support customer business decision analytics. Created Starbucks Customer Request by performing data pulls, generating pivot tables, and calculating the time to use the inventory vs cost allocation. Developed expertise in summarizing data and business considerations within the data as well as provided guidance to internal warehouse team and external Starbucks customer teams for use and interpretation of reports. Customized inventory utilization excel run report by analyzing warehouse personnel throughput versus inventory backlog to reflect the time requested by Starbucks to deplete inventory backlog and presented the summary to Starbucks.
