As founder and instructional designer, I design and build learning experiences and educational technology from the ground up. I lead the full instructional design process, needs analysis, learner personas, objective mapping (Bloom's Taxonomy), curriculum design, and evaluation planning (Kirkpatrick Model) -using the ADDIE model as my core framework. I built Docenly IA, a school management platform with AI-assisted lesson planning tools, serving Teacher, Admin, and Family user roles. I design the instructional and UX logic behind every feature, translating real classroom and administrative needs into functional, teacher-friendly tools. Alongside product work, I take on freelance instructional design projects: building lesson plans and rubrics aligned to curriculum standards, supporting course setup on LMS platforms (Moodle, Evolcampus), and creating educational content that teaches other educators how to adopt AI tools effectively. I design courses with accessibility as a core requirement, not an afterthought — applying Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and WCAG 2.2 AA standards so content works for every learner, including ESL audiences. I build course content in Articulate Rise 360, package it to SCORM 1.2 standards, and test deployment through SCORM Cloud before delivery. I combine hands-on instructional design expertise with AI-assisted development and automation -using AI to accelerate production, while every instructional decision (model choice, learner strategy, assessment design) is my own professional judgment.
