This gig will provide you a construction set with site plan, floor plans, elevations, and roof plans for any type of project. A construction set that could be used to permit any new addition or a new built. Good for small additions, converting the garage to ADU or adding a JADU to your home. Also, if you need an as-built or make your sketch to come to live this gig would be the best choice for you.
I DO NOT offer any stamps for either architectural or structural.

No, structural drawings are needed for a permit set and it must be provided by the client.
Do you stamp plans?
No, I do not stamp any plans, usually a structural engineer stamp is enough for small renovation, ADUS and JADU. Best way to know is to ask your city for the requirements.
