As a Contact Centre AI Solutions Consultant: 1. Discovery and needs assessment. Audit the client’s call volumes, peak times, common call types, current costs and pain points (missed calls, long wait times, high staffing costs). 2. Use-case selection: Decide which calls the AI should handle (FAQs, appointment booking, payment reminders, lead qualification) and which should stay with human agents. 3. Choose the platform (Vapi, Retell, GoHighLevel, or an enterprise platform) and design the call flow, escalation rules and fallback paths. Plan the integration with their telephony (VoIP, SIP trunk, 3CX, Twilio), CRM and calendar. 4. Write the scripts, prompts, tone of voice and knowledge base so the agent sounds on-brand and handles interruptions and unclear requests well. 5. Implementation oversight. Work with developers or build the integrations yourself (n8n, Make, APIs, webhooks), and manage the project timeline
