What can the AI chatbot do on my website?
It answers customer questions 24/7 using your own pages and FAQs, can collect names and emails as leads, and hands the chat over to you by email when it's unsure. On WooCommerce it can also answer product and shipping questions.
Will it make things up or go off topic?
I instruct it to answer only from your content and to say so when it doesn't know, then test it with your real customer questions before delivery. No AI is perfect, so I also show you how to review chats and add answers.
Do I need an OpenAI or other AI account?
Usually yes. You create the API account (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) and I set it up with a monthly spending cap so costs stay predictable. AI usage and any plugin fees are paid by you directly and are not part of the gig price.
Which chatbot tool will you use?
I pick what fits your site and budget: a WordPress chatbot plugin, a hosted chatbot embedded on your site, or custom code. I explain the options and any running costs before I start, and you approve the choice.
Does it work with WooCommerce stores?
Yes. Standard and Premium can answer product, shipping and return questions from your store content. Premium can also send new orders or leads to other tools through n8n or Make.
What are the Premium automations?
Two workflows in n8n or Make, for example new leads to your CRM or Google Sheets, order alerts by email or Slack, or follow-up emails. I set them up, test them and document how they work. More can be added as a custom offer.
What do you need from me to start?
Your site link and WordPress login (or hosting details), the content you want it trained on, and an AI account if you have one. I work on a staging copy first, so your live site stays safe.
What about privacy and customer data?
Chats go to the AI provider you choose, so check their terms. I add a short privacy notice in the chat and can link it to your cookie banner. You stay responsible for your own privacy policy.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Every order includes revisions, and Premium adds 30 days of support for tweaks. I also offer WordPress and WooCommerce maintenance, bug fixes and speed work as separate gigs on my profile.
