CSV Operations Reporting and Backlog Analysis
Sobre este Serviço
Turn your structured CSV task data into a clear operations report.
I report new and completed tasks, opening and closing backlog, overdue work and totals by team, with charts and comparison against the preceding equal-length period.
Starter scope: one UTF-8 CSV, up to 1,000 tasks and five teams; one report covering two consecutive equal-length periods; one revision within the agreed scope. You receive an HTML report, JSON reconciliation and KPI definitions. I use AI assistance and local calculations, with a separate program checking key figures.
Required columns: id, created_at, due_at, closed_at, team, status. Dates: YYYY-MM-DD. Include all tasks through the cutoff, including older completed tasks. Tasks must have one lifecycle without reopening, cancellation or deletion.
Please send an anonymized sample and reporting dates before ordering. We agree on data structure and KPI definitions first. Direct Excel processing, PDF/XLSX export, live dashboards, API integration, scheduled delivery and root-cause analysis are outside this package.

Perguntas frequentes
Can I send an Excel workbook?
Please contact me first. The tested workflow accepts a structured UTF-8 CSV. Excel conversion needs a separate scope check.
Will the report update automatically?
This package delivers one report. Further periods can reuse the agreed template; automatic collection or scheduled delivery is not included.
What counts as overdue?
A task still open at the reporting cutoff with a due date earlier than the cutoff date. We confirm this definition before work starts.
Can you report on reopened or cancelled tasks?
The starter workflow does not support reopened, cancelled or deleted tasks. Please send an anonymized sample so we can review the scope before ordering.
What does a revision cover?
One correction within the agreed data, period, KPIs and layout. New data, metrics or extra reporting periods require a scope review.
