Recash is B2B overstock marketplace helping retailers in Europe source discounted surplus inventory. ▪ For Recash, a B2B Ecommerce German Marketplace, redesigned the landing page, lifting landing to product view conversion ▪ 2.6x (3.38% to 8.77%) and landing to purchase conversion 2.4x (0.47% to 1.12%) over the following 90 days, tracked via PostHog ▪ Designed Recash's buyer onboarding tour (76.9% completion across 3,500+ users) and identified checkout as its primary conversion bottleneck (about 59% post checkout abandonment) via PostHog funnel analysis ▪ Redesigned the seller product-listing flow into a stepper wizard with autosave and fewer required fields, raising form completion from under 7% to 92% and cutting median submission time from 13+ hours to under 2 minutes. ▪ Simplified registration process to have 90.6% of users now complete registration end-to-end in seconds ▪ Designed Samira, an in-product AI assistant that maps messy seller inventory files to the platform schema automatically, asks for only what it can't resolve itself, and proposes AI-generated pricing/content changes for explicit approval, cutting bulk product upload time from hours to minutes ▪ Built eBay integration with auto-sync, letting sellers import and export listings between eBay and recash automatically, so one inventory stays in sync across both channels instead of being managed twice ▪ Unified a three-surface design system (buyer, seller, admin) onto one brand-accurate token source, replacing drifted colors with consistent spacing, radius, and semantic status tokens across the app ▪ Run monkey testing and document edge cases (empty, error, loading, permission denied) per flow across engagements ahead of development handoff
