Which Odoo version do you work with?
All current versions — Odoo 16, 17, 18, 19 — on Community Edition (free) and Enterprise Edition (licensed). I'll recommend the right edition based on your business size, modules needed, and budget.
Where will my Odoo be hosted?
Your choice — Odoo Online (managed by Odoo), Odoo.sh (recommended for custom modules), or a self-hosted VPS / on-premise server. I'll explain the pros, cons, and cost of each before we decide.
Can you build custom modules for my specific business?
Yes. My in-house development team builds custom modules using Python, JavaScript, XML, and Odoo APIs. We've built modules for inventory tracking, custom reports, third-party integrations, and industry-specific workflows.
Can you migrate my data from my old system?
Yes — from QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, Zoho, Tally, SAP, NetSuite, Sage, or even raw Excel files. Customer lists, vendor lists, products, opening balances, historical transactions — all handled cleanly with audit trail.
Will my staff get training?
Yes. Packages include user training. I provide live walkthroughs, recorded sessions, and written documentation so your team is fully comfortable before go-live. Additional training sessions are available as an extra.
Can you handle the accounting setup inside Odoo?
Absolutely — and this is where I'm different from most Odoo developers. As an ACCA-qualified accountant, I set up your Chart of Accounts, tax codes (VAT, GST, sales tax), reconciliation rules, and financial reports correctly the first time. Your books will work from day one.
What happens after go-live?
Packages include post-go-live technical support: Standard 7 days, Premium 30 days. After that, I offer monthly subscription for ongoing maintenance, training, new features, and user support.
