My initial responsibility entailed restructuring operational processes within the business. This involved delineating clear assignments and tasks for staff members, to optimize operational efficiency while minimizing resource utilization. This was achieved by implementing tools to manage tasks and projects and creating processes and standards. Additionally, I developed guides and manuals for staff to look back and follow when needed. I host the webinars on our platform by coordinating with the speakers, organizing the setup, and collecting the webinar information. I also provide technical support to the speakers, moderators, and attendees both prior and posterior to the event. In addition to managing a spectrum of inquiries ranging from administrative to technical, both from within our company and from clients and users, I supervised the support team and delegated tasks to ensure high-quality support services. Moreover, I represented our company on various platforms, including international congresses, where I showcased our software to prominent organizational leaders, thereby bolstering our market presence and brand reputation.
