What’s included?
Each package covers a defined number of integration use cases. A use case is one specific action between systems (create OR update OR delete).
What’s NOT included?
Full system architecture, multi-step processes, or large integrations across many use cases. If needed, I’ll suggest the right structure or next phase.
What is a use case?
A use case is one specific action between systems, such as create, update, or delete. Each use case covers one action only.
Can one use case include multiple actions?
No. Create, update, and delete are separate use cases. Each action is handled individually.
Can you design both directions (sync both ways)?
No. Each direction is a separate use case. Example: A → B and B → A are two use cases.
What if my integration is complex?
Complex integrations are split into multiple use cases. If needed, I’ll suggest the right structure or next phase.
What systems can you design for?
Any systems that support APIs or data exchange. If unsure, describe your case and I’ll confirm.
Do you build the integration as well?
Yes, but separately. This gig is for design. Implementation is handled in my API Integration or Automation gigs, depending on your setup.
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear description of your systems and what each use case should do. Example: When an order is created, send it to another system.
