I am a professional Planning Engineer with over 7 years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have strong expertise in Primavera P6 for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules. Throughout my career, I have successfully prepared baseline programs, updated project schedules, and performed delay analysis in line with contractual requirements, including FIDIC standards. I have hands-on experience in handling Extension of Time (EOT) claims, identifying critical delays, and supporting project teams with effective recovery plans to maintain project timelines. I have been actively involved in preparing detailed project reports such as lookahead schedules, S-curves, cash flow forecasts, and resource histograms. My experience also includes resource and cost loading, ensuring proper allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to optimize project performance and control costs. I have worked closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams, participating in progress meetings and providing performance insights to support decision-making.
