Turn a small supplier sheet into a Shopify-format product CSV. This $10 starter covers up to 20 simple products, one SKU per product, from one XLSX or CSV up to 1 MB.
You receive:
- A CSV using your supplied current Shopify template
- A map of up to 10 source fields
- An offline check and exceptions note
I check the agreed headers, required mapped values, duplicate SKUs and CSV formatting. Your supplied prices, identifiers and product text are preserved according to the approved map. Missing or ambiguous values are flagged.
Please send a sample before ordering so we can approve the field map. Variant groups, metafields, image sourcing and copywriting are outside this starter.
Client files only; no store login, upload or live changes. Offline checks cannot guarantee a successful store import. Back up your store and test a small import yourself. Authorized, non-sensitive product data only. Delivery: 3 days, with one revision on the original source and approved mapping.

Does this include products with size or color variants?
No. The starter covers 20 final rows with one SKU per simple product and up to 10 mapped source fields. Variant groups, metafields and extra source files need separate scoping.
Will you upload the CSV to my store?
No. I prepare files only and do not need store access. Offline validation cannot guarantee live import success. You should back up the store and test a few rows before a full import.
What must I approve?
Before ordering, approve a sample field map, including prices, identifiers and blank-value handling. I flag missing data rather than invent it. One revision covers the same source and agreed mapping.
