What do you need from me to start the digitizing?
To create the perfect file, I need: High-Resolution Artwork: PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, or PDF files. The clearer the image, the better the result. Desired Size: The width and/or height you want the embroidery to be (in inches or centimeters).
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive all the industry-standard machine files you need, typically including .DST, .PES, .EXP, .JEF, and .VIP. I can provide any specific format your machine requires. You will also receive a preview image of the design.
What is your turnaround time?
My standard turnaround is 24-48 hours for most orders. I also offer RUSH delivery (12 hours or less) for an additional fee, which you can select at checkout.
Do you offer free revisions?
Yes! I offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Revisions are for minor adjustments based on the initial instructions. Major changes to the design after digitizing is complete may incur a small fee.
What if my design doesn't stitch well?
This is very rare because I optimize every file for your specified fabric. However, if there is any issue with the stitch-out due to my digitizing, I will fix it for free until you are happy. My goal is a perfect result for you.
