I had an odd project I was struggling to get two mesh bodies (one scan and an add-on piece) to be combined and smooth. I messaged them with some questions and they were quick to respond. I sent a few pictures of what the intended end result that I wanted and they did a fantastic job of getting it correct....

He kept on delaying the delivery date over and over and then ghosted me and didn’t respond even though it said that he had been online. It has been over a month and I just had enough and cancelled the whole thing. He didn’t even have the decency to respond when I send an update request. 0/10 would not recommend!
