Lyra delivered what she promised and it had the effect she forecast. So far that has not resulted in increased sales of my books but that is a measure for the longer term. I found her easy to work with and responsive to my needs.

I had some issues with the first version of the video trailer. Just me being picky. Lyra accepted my comments without a problem and dealt with them rapidly and effectively. This is exactly what I need from a trailer provider. I am very pleased with the finished article. Very happy with the outcome.
