Yes! We often advise people on a budget to record the voice-over at home or have it recorded by someone from their network. All you need is a decent microphone, clip-on mic, or even a smartphone if you don't mind that. We can master the audio.

That's up to you. To save money you can create one yourself, you can have us revise it or can have us write it. Be sure to add that service to your project.
