I Worked as a WordPress Bug Fix & Troubleshooting Expert within the WordPress.com ecosystem, focusing on fixing real issues that affected live websites and disrupted user experience. My day-to-day work involved identifying what was causing problems on WordPress sites and getting them back to a stable, working state as quickly as possible. I dealt with a wide range of issues including broken layouts, plugin conflicts, theme errors, and full website crashes. In many cases, the main focus was not just applying quick fixes, but understanding the root cause of the problem so it didn’t happen again. A big part of my work involved urgent troubleshooting situations where websites were down or not functioning properly, and fast recovery was critical to avoid business loss.
