Had a genuinely messy self-hosted AI stack (OpenClaw, Hermes, Obsidian, n8n, Ollama) that I broke myself trying to add memory. Felix diagnosed every issue correctly, explained what went wrong in a way I actually understood, and split the cost into stages which made it much easier to commit to.
