Not at all. While my background is in elite swimming and sports science research, I work with anyone who is serious about their progress. Whether you are a beginner looking for a safe start or an advanced athlete hitting a plateau, I will adapt the scientific principles to your current level.
How is a "Scientific Program" different from a standard gym plan?
Most plans are "one-size-fits-all." My approach uses Periodization and Biomechanical Analysis derived from my double Master’s degree studies. Every exercise, set, and rep range is chosen based on physiological evidence to maximize your specific goals while minimizing injury risk
I am a swimmer. Can you help me improve my times?
Absolutely. Having competed at high levels for years, I understand the unique demands of the water. I can provide stroke analysis, specific dryland strength programs (S&C), and tapering strategies to ensure you peak at the right time for your competitions
What do you need from me to start my program?
After ordering, you will receive a detailed questionnaire. I’ll need your training history, current goals, injury record, and access to equipment. If you chose a package with video analysis, you’ll also need to provide clear footage of your movements or swimming technique.
How do "Revisions" work?
Your satisfaction and safety are my priorities. A revision includes adjustments to the exercise selection or scheduling if something doesn't fit your lifestyle or equipment. It does not include a complete rewrite of the goal (e.g., switching from "Marathon prep" to "Bodybuilding" mid-way).
