I work with Kalwant Hosiery Mills, a textile manufacturing business specializing in woven winter scarves, stoles, and shawls for men and women. My role includes developing original textile concepts, creating production-suitable patterns, and aligning designs with commercial market demand. My experience includes designing jacquard patterns and textile surfaces for shawls, stoles, and scarves, along with preparing design ideas that are suitable for actual manufacturing use rather than only visual presentation. I use CorelDRAW to create textile patterns, repeats, and lifelike design presentations, which helps clients visualize the final product clearly before development. Alongside design work, I also understand the commercial side of textiles through business with buyers such as Reliance, V2, and other corporate houses, which has strengthened my ability to create market-relevant and saleable designs.
