Reiki energy healing can be offered in person or distantly. Remote sessions are just as powerful and effective as in person.
We are all made of energy. Energy flows when all of the channels (chakras) are open and there are no blockages. When energy is stagnant, it can lead to feelings of fear, guilt, lack of confidence, lack of compassion, creative blockages, lack of concentration, and depression. Physical ailments can result from blockages as well.
Reiki healing can help you to get that energy flowing again by realigning and balancing your chakras.
When I work my sessions, I use chakra stones on my crystal grid to perform a scan of my client. This scan helps me find out where I need to focus the most during the session. I then focus all of my attention towards the grid and send the Reiki. When I am done, I let my client know anything I experienced during their session via e-mail.
The selenite wand is used to clear negativity and tension in the chakras as well as align and balance their harmony. The hematite is used to help with grounding you and provide mental clarity. The golden healer quartz clears blockages and imbalances that help get the body ready for healing.

What are some of the things I may feel during distance reiki?
Clients have told me they have a sense of peace or relaxation. They have seen flashes of images, colors, patterns, or shadows. Some have felt heat or tingling sensations in areas that I was focusing on or that needed worked on. Some feel a "spinning" or a pulling sensation in their chakras.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for the reiki session?
I ask my clients (if possible) to find a quiet area to relax in. They may lie down or sit comfortably and concentrate on their breathing while trying to calm their thoughts. I also advise my client to make sure to hydrate the day that they will be having reiki done.
Does Reiki work?
The simple answer is yes! Reiki in Japanese means "spiritually guided life force energy." We are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole. Energy is moved with intention, and it effects the things or people who are open to the energy transfer.
What should I expect after a reiki session?
Reiki is helping heal which means it will trigger a detoxification process. You could feel tired, have some soreness, runny nose, or headaches. It can start deep emotional healing. Some tips for after a session: Drink plenty of water, give yourself some time to rest, and allow emotions to flow.
