I offer gentle, compassionate grief and loss coaching in a safe, supportive space. After experiencing my own grief, I realized how little support existed for the person that struggled with voicing their feelings or is expected to stay “strong.” Outside of my husband, few checked on my wellbeing while I cared for others through my pain. That experience inspired me to offer the support I wish I had. Grief coaching can help process loss while reducing further nervous system dysregulation that may come from sudden grief and emotional overwhelm. Note: I do not provide medical advice or therapy.
