How do you handle PCB size and shapes?
To cut manufacturing costs, I plan to make the PCB design as tiny as feasible. I can also create PCB boards with your own shapes. I will charge more for bespoke forms.
Can you offer Eagle source files?
You do not require Eagle source files for your PCB fabrication and assembly process. However, I will give you with all of the necessary paperwork to send to your manufacturer. If you want eagle source files, please ask me to supply them with delivery.
Can you conduct prototype testing?
Yes, I can test the circuit that I will design and address any difficulties for you. You must deliver all of the parts and board to me.
Can you convert my circuit design to a PCB layout for me?
Yes, I can create the PCB layout for your project using the schematic you provided.
What files will you need to design the PCB?
If you have a schematic or circuit diagram available, please give it to me so that we can get started. It would be nice if you had the source file; alternatively, you may provide me the circuit diagram in PDF or image format, and I will create the schematic to build the PCB.
What files will you send me, and what should I do with them?
To create the PCB, all you need is the GERBER file, which is a zip file that can be sent to any PCB maker, as well as the schematic for hand soldering. If you wish to construct it professionally, you'll also need a Bill of Materials (BOM) and a Centroid file (PNP).
