In this project, I helped an online store improve how they handled customer inquiries by setting up an AI chatbot using Tidio. Before this, the client was manually responding to every message, which caused delays and missed opportunities, especially during peak hours. I configured the chatbot to handle common questions like product details, shipping information, and order tracking. Beyond that, I built automated flows that could engage visitors the moment they landed on the site, helping guide them toward products or offers. One important part of the setup was abandoned cart recovery, where the chatbot would gently remind users about items they left behind. I made sure the chatbot didn’t feel too robotic by customizing responses to match the brand’s tone. Integration with Shopify allowed it to pull real-time information, making interactions more helpful and relevant. This setup significantly reduced the workload on the client while improving response time and overall customer experience.
High-Converting Shopify Store Development

For this project, I built a Shopify store from the ground up with a strong focus on conversions. I included elements like trust badges, urgency triggers, and strategic call-to-action placements to encourage purchases. Performance was also a priority, so I optimized images and ensured the site loaded quickly across devices. The final result was a fully functional store that not only represented the brand well but was also built with a clear sales strategy in mind.
Tidio Chatbot Setup & Automation

I worked with a marketing agency to set up and automate a Tidio chatbot for one of their eCommerce clients. The main goal was to reduce manual support work while still maintaining a helpful and responsive experience for customers. I created structured conversation flows that could answer FAQs, recommend products, and assist users without needing human intervention. One key feature was setting up triggers based on user behavior, such as time spent on a page or exit intent, which helped re-engage visitors at the right moment. The chatbot was also connected to the Shopify backend, allowing it to provide accurate information. I made sure the tone felt natural and aligned with the brand so it didn’t come across as overly automated. Overall, the system improved efficiency and allowed the team to focus on more complex customer needs.
