What information do you need? How do I send you my project information?
After placing an order you have an opportunity to provide all the information about your business and the logo design project. I have designed a questionnaire that requests all the information I need for a great result.
Will I own the copyright to my logo design?
Yes, with my logo design service all copyright ownership is transferred to you automatically upon the approval of the design.
What does a 'revision' include?
Revisions include alterations/changes to the logo designs. The amount of designs is specified in the 'Initial Concepts Included'. Also please note that all projects are finalized with one final logo design.
What is included in the Social Media Kit?
The social media kit includes banners for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and a display picture for all your social media needs.
What is included in the Stationery Kit?
The Stationery Kit includes a letterhead, envelope, folder, and t-shirt design in SVG format with CMYK coloring for printing purposes.
Can we talk on the phone or via Skype/Zoom?
Unfortunately, I don't take calls. The main reason being that Fiverr prohibits communication off the platform unless absolutely necessary. I've worked with many clients on Fiverr without calls and found that it enables me to spend more time designing great logos and provide a better experience.
Are you available 24/7? What about weekends?
I do my best to respond to enquiries and complete revisions as soon as possible. That being said, I am not available 24/7. From Monday-Saturday I try to be available 16 hours per day. On Sundays I spend time out of the office and revisions/responses may be delayed until Monday.
What are the Source and Vector files and why do I need them?
The Source and Vector files are the files used to create your logo. They can be used to resize or edit your logo in any way and are generally required when making merchandise, etc. These files are available in AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, SVG and PNG formats when purchased.
I didn't pay for fast delivery. Can I have it faster anyway?
No, you can't request faster delivery for free. Orders are usually delivered within 12-24 hours of the estimated delivery time, sometimes faster. To be fair to all customers, I do not prioritise some orders over others and use a fair work queue. Faster delivery can be added on when ordering.
