Plain ChatGPT gives generic answers. A custom GPT knows your products, prices, procedures and tone, so your team stops explaining the same things again and again.

In 2026 I founded a health-tech startup for care homes and built its whole platform in under 3 months with Claude Code agents: API, iOS and Android apps, web console, CI and deployment. Do you use AI to do this work?
Yes, openly. I use ChatGPT and Claude to draft the instructions and the test questions, then I check every answer against your documents and fix what is wrong. You get a GPT I have tested, not a raw draft.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT plan?
Yes. Creating a custom GPT needs ChatGPT Plus, Team or Enterprise. I build it in your workspace with access you grant, or I hand over the full setup so you can paste it in 5 minutes.
Is my business data safe?
Send only what you are fine sharing. On ChatGPT Team and Enterprise, OpenAI does not train on business data by default; on Plus you can turn training off in your settings. I delete your files after delivery.
Can you build it as a Claude Project instead?
Yes. Same instructions and files, set up as a Claude Project on Claude Pro or Team. Premium can mix both, for example a GPT for customer emails and a Claude Project for your staff.
What do you need from me?
Your files (price lists, FAQs, procedures, templates), 10 typical questions with the answers you expect, and two or three examples of your tone. The order form asks for the rest.
