NOTE:
Basic Package uses standard setup (Zapier's built in AI. Fast and easy but limited to 20-40 messages a month.
Standard and Premium packages can use the standard Zapier AI or we can connect your OpenAI API Key. This gives the bot a much 'smarter' brain but please note that OpenAI takes a small fee of $0.01 per conversation. If no one conversates with your bot then they won't charge you.

Do I need my own Zapier and OpenAi Account?
Yes! This is to ensure that you have FULL OWNERSHIP of your data and your chatbot. If you do not have an account, I will guide you through the 2-minute process to set it up.
What is an OpenAi and why do I need one?
The API Key is like a 'digital fuel card' that allows your chatbot to access the AI's brain. By using your own key, you pay OpenAi directly(a few cents per chat)
Is there a monthly cost for the chatbot?
If we stay within Zapier Free Plan limits, your only cost will be OpenAi usage (average of most small businesses is less than $5). However, if you upgrade you Zapier plan for more features, then you will have to pay a fee. I can also help you set up these new features.
Can the Chatbot read my business documents?
Absolutely! I can train the bot on any specific PDF, Word docs, or text files so it provides accurate answers about your prices, services, and company policies.
Can the bot book meeting or collect emails?
Yes! In my Standard and Premium packages, I can set up automations that captures a user's name and email and save them to a google sheet or provide a link to your calendly for instant bookings.
