I have two years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity within SOC and MSSP environments. My work includes incident response, alert analysis, and development of detection rules in a SOC setting, as well as administration of email security platforms across Linux and Windows environments. I regularly work with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR technologies including CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Trend Micro Vision One, and Microsoft Defender. I also have experience with platforms such as Cisco ESA/CES (IronPort), Trellix Email Cloud Security, Trellix NDR (NX and EX), Trend Micro Email Security (SMEX, IMSS), FortiMail, FortiDeceptor, and T-Pot honeypots. My responsibilities include platform upgrades, migrations, implementations, troubleshooting, security hardening, and user support within MSSP environment. I approach problems in a practical, results-oriented way and take ownership of tasks until they are completed. Simply put, I get the job done.
