Which automation platforms do you build on?
I work with the leading automation platforms; the right choice depends on your existing tools, and I'll confirm during our pre-build chat. For Standard and Premium it's usually simplest if you set up your own platform account (I'll guide you) so the automation stays in your control after delivery.
I'm not technical at all. Will I understand what you built?
Yes, that's a requirement, not a nice-to-have. Every delivery includes plain-English documentation, not diagrams and jargon. If you can't explain what the automation does in two sentences, I haven't done my job.
What if the automation breaks after I receive it?
Basic gets 3 days of post-delivery support, Standard 7, Premium 30. If something breaks on my end within that window, I fix it at no charge.
