The included NovaCare Dental Demo Mode is fictional and locally simulated. It has no real call, STT, TTS, AI model, calendar, CRM, or provider integration. Production requires new adapters, buyer-owned accounts, credentials, and staging tests.

No. Phone numbers, telephony, voice/model APIs, calendar, CRM and hosting are buyer-owned costs.
Does the demo require a paid account?
No. Demo Mode is a local text simulation with fictional data.
Which voice provider do you use?
Production uses the provider agreed with the buyer. The current demo has no live provider integration.
Can it book and cancel appointments?
Yes, when calendar access and rules are part of the agreed scope.
Can it transfer to a person?
A defined handoff/callback flow can be implemented; live transfer depends on the telephony provider.
Can it answer any question?
No. It should use an approved FAQ/knowledge scope and escalate unknown or sensitive requests.
Can it handle emergencies or regulated advice?
Not by default. Those workflows require additional review and may be declined.
