I can assist you with Residential Single-Family home drafting and 3D modeling using Autodesk's Revit.

By default, each package will include:


  1. Floor Plans - (1) plan per story level. Includes grid layout system, dimensions, room names, and area calculation.
  2. Ceiling plans - (1) plan per story level. Includes grid layout system, dimensions, room names, and labeled ceiling heights.
  3. Roof plan - (1) plan per story level. Includes dimensions and slope indications
  4. Exterior Elevations
  5. Axonometric Views - 1 Sheet of axon views of your project.
  6. Door and window schedule


Extra Services:

  1. Building sections
  2. Typical wall sections
  3. Architectural detailing


Notes:

  • All packages also include (3) video calls max (1hr duration) to discuss progress and any questions that arise during the project delivery time frame.
  • You will receive PDFs and source file. AutoCAD files upon request.
