I approach every project as a cinematic production, not a quick deliverable. That means creative direction, intentional framing, emotional storytelling, and hands-on involvement from concept to final export.
2. Do I need to provide a script or creative brief?
Not necessarily. I can work from your brand guidelines, a rough brief, or even just a conversation. I help develop the creative direction so you don't have to figure it out alone.
3. What types of e-commerce products work best for your style?
Luxury goods, fashion, accessories, watches, jewelry, wellness products, premium beauty, and founder-led brands. Anything that benefits from cinematic, emotionally resonant visuals rather than fast, trend-heavy content.
4. Do you offer raw footage or only finished videos?
Finished, polished videos are included in every package. Raw footage can be made available upon request for an additional fee, depending on project scope.
5. How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Revisions are collaborative and focused, with no endless back-and-forth. I aim to get it right the first time through clear communication upfront.
6. Can you use my existing product footage or B-roll?
Yes. If you already have footage, I can edit it into a cohesive, cinematic brand story. Just message me before ordering to confirm the best package for your needs.
7. What's your typical turnaround time?
Basic packages: 3–5 business days from the moment your product reached us. Standard and Premium: 5–7 business days from the moment your product reached us. Expedited delivery may be available; message me to discuss timing.
8. Do I own commercial rights to the final video?
Yes. Commercial rights are included in the Premium Package. For Basic and Standard packages, commercial rights can be added as an extra. Full ownership transfers upon final delivery.
