What types of WordPress problems can you fix?
I can troubleshoot WordPress errors, plugin/theme conflicts, forms, CSS and layout problems, responsive/mobile issues, PHP or JavaScript errors, WooCommerce issues, broken page elements, and many other common WordPress problems.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Quick Fix for one small issue, Multiple Fixes for up to 3 small or standard issues, and Advanced Fix for one complex issue or up to 5 small related issues. If you are unsure, message me before ordering and I will help determine the right package.
What if I do not know what is causing the problem?
That's okay. Send me the website URL, a description of what is happening, screenshots, and any error messages you see. I can troubleshoot the issue and determine the likely cause. Please contact me before ordering if the problem requires diagnosis.
Will you need access to my WordPress website?
Most fixes require temporary WordPress administrator access. Some issues may also require hosting, FTP/SFTP, database, or control-panel access. I will only request the access necessary to diagnose and complete your specific fix.
Does a revision include fixing another website problem?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments related to the issue included in your original order. A new or unrelated problem is not considered a revision, but I can provide a quote for fixing the additional issue.
