I will take care all your credentialing need, follow up with health plan, NPI registry, Create CAQH, complete provider paper app if needed, update NPI registry, apply for new enrollment for Medicare, Medicaid also complete Medicare and Medicaid revalidations through paper or electronically, follow up with all hospital and health plan which provider is currently enrolled also submit new application to new health plan or hospital. I will also take care of providers credentialing and recredentialing needs.
