Will there be a language barrier for a English Speaker?
No, I speak really good English with perfect grammar. I guarantee that of 99% times, there will not be an issue.
Will I able to get my sales after you complete my order?
Yes absolutely! After I complete your order, your Shopify store will be 100% ready to make sales by doing marketing.
Do I need to give you admin access to my store?
Yes, collaborator access is enough, no need for full ownership transfer.
What do you need from me?
I will need you to fill out the order requirements and provide access to the store (if you already have one) or I am a registered Shopify Partner and I can create a new store for you through my Shopify Partners account.
I'm a beginner, can I start Shopify Store?
Yes! It's never too late to start this. We have got success from Shopify, now it's the time for me to help you get there. Turn your business into an e-commerce giant!
Can I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, I highly encourage this as this would help me understand your needs better and I can provide guidance for free too if needed.
Can you redesign just the homepage instead of the whole store?
Yes, that's covered in the Basic package. Full multi page redesign is Standard and Premium.
Will my existing apps and integrations still work after the redesign?
Yes, I test all existing integrations after any theme changes to confirm nothing breaks.
Do you provide the images and content?
Yes, I have a team for that as well, I can definitely handle content and image sourcing for you, it just comes with some extra charges on top of the package price.
Can I contact you for assistance after the store is completed?
Absolutely! I offer 15 days of guidance/support after handing over the store. I can guide you with anything related to e-commerce such as your ads/ marketing plan / developing a business mindset etc.
