I served as the primary point of contact for clients in the diagnosis and immediate resolution of software, hardware, and network availability incidents. My focus was to ensure system availability by providing direct and efficient support. I performed daily management of user access and permissions through Active Directory (AD), maintaining security and compliance within the environment. I was responsible for controlling and maintaining the asset inventory (notebooks, peripherals, and network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls). I gained knowledge in networking and security by working with basic configurations and management of Mikrotik devices, OpenVPN, and IPsec, as well as firewalls such as pfSense and Sophos. I used Zabbix and Grafana for proactive monitoring of critical equipment and services, tracking availability and performance.

I contributed to the implementation of security solutions, including firewall configuration, site-to-site VPNs, and network segmentation policies, as well as routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching. I worked on optimizing LAN, WAN, and hybrid topologies, configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, Port-Channels, Spanning Tree, and HSRP, resulting in increased resilience, stability, and performance of multiple infrastructures, reducing failures and improving the availability of critical services. I performed diagnostics and troubleshooting on equipment from multiple vendors, including Cisco, Huawei, Brocade, and Juniper, across different sites. I used advanced commands such as ping, traceroute, show, debug, and log analysis. When required, I collaborated with field teams, providing technical guidance to on-site professionals, ensuring efficient incident resolution and optimizing network performance and availability.
