It's a smart database that stores your full timetable with a user-friendly interface. No technical experience needed — I deliver it with a simple walkthrough document so you can update and manage it confidently from day one.
What information do you need from me to start?
Please provide your raw data: a list of subjects, teacher names, room numbers, specific time slots, or staff shift windows. If you have any hard rules (e.g., "Math must be in the morning" or "Teacher X is off on Wednesdays"), please list those as well.
Can I edit the timetable myself after you deliver it?
Yes! For the Basic tier, you get an editable Google Sheet or Word file. For the Standard tier, you receive a static, print-ready Canva PDF. If you need the fully editable Canva template link to make your own changes later, please select the Premium tier.
What happens if there is a scheduling or time conflict in the layout?
I check every grid thoroughly to ensure no teacher, room, or subject is double-booked. However, if you spot an oversight or a conflict upon delivery, simply request a revision and I will fix it immediately as my top priority.
Can you design a schedule according to my school/company brand colors?
Absolutely. For the Standard and Premium packages, just share your official brand colors (hex codes) or send over your logo, and I will customize the Canva design theme to match your institution perfectly.
Do you handle complex, multi-week rotational shift schedules?
Yes, I do. If you have a large institution with complex bi-weekly or monthly rotations, please select the Premium tier or send me a direct message first so I can assess your exact data constraints and create a custom offer.
