I have been involved in managing the genomic and phenotypic data generated and gathered in the BegyirLab of the AMR Hub. I wrangle data, clean data, identify primary and foreign keys, merge data from different files but same isolate with similar IDs, in the team’s efforts to finally obtain a merged phenotypic, genomic and epidemiological dataset. I also work with other team members to upload the genomic files on the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). Furthermore, I assisted co-workers to design the team’s website using Laravel. I was involved in setting up Laravel on the Linux server and designed the frontend for sections on the page such as trainings, research. This is the link to the website:https://begyirlab.noguchi.ug.edu.gh/homepage Special Extra Role (2026-Pres.): A Facilitator for Module E of the AMR EDGE Course Involving AMR Data Management and Visualizations. I work together with other facilitators in the team to teach data analysis and visualization using WHONET and R.
