2D is the box design according to your box template, it is for the printing company which includes your box dielines with the accurate measurements of your box size, 3D mockup is how your assembled box will like after the printing, you can use it on your website and social media for branding purpose
Do you provide printing services as well?
No, we are not providing a printing service. We only deliver the box packaging design file so, you can print the design yourself.

Unfortunately, it just didn't work out. We tried getting the designer to make a box that folds into the pinata, but the concept never came through. I feel like the designer should have at least tried creating the box on his end to come out with a prototype.
