Sobre mim
Hi There, Am Kruger Baumann, a 3D CAD and Product Design Specialist based in Stuttgart, Germany. With professional training in mechanical design and certifications from SOLIDWORKS and Autodesk, I develop accurate CAD models, reverse engineered parts, AutoCAD technical drawings and 3D enclosures for product development and manufacturing. I help clients turn incomplete references, existing parts or early concepts into precise documentation that reduces design errors, revision time and production uncertainty. My approach is practical, detailed and focused on manufacturable results.... Saiba mais

I design and develop precise 3D CAD models and technical documentation for products, mechanical components, assemblies and custom enclosures. My work supports the product development process from an initial concept, sketch, reference image, or existing part through detailed CAD modeling, technical documentation, prototyping, and manufacturing preparation. My experience includes 3D CAD design, mechanical part modeling, assembly design, reverse engineering, AutoCAD technical drawings, and 3D enclosure development. I work with different types of reference material, including hand sketches, photographs, measurements, PDFs, existing components, and incomplete design information, turning them into structured and accurate digital models. For reverse engineering projects, I carefully study the available reference and measurements to recreate existing components while maintaining important dimensions, interfaces, mounting points, features, and functional relationships. Where required, I can develop editable parametric models that make future modifications easier. For enclosure projects, I consider component placement, mounting features, access points, wall thickness, clearances, fasteners, ventilation requirements, and overall assembly requirements. My goal is to create enclosure concepts that are not only visually clear but also practical for prototyping and production. I also produce detailed AutoCAD and CAD drawings with dimensions, annotations, section views, detail views, material information, and other specifications needed to communicate the design clearly. I apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles where appropriate to identify potential production concerns early and reduce unnecessary revisions. My deliverables can be prepared in CAD formats such as STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, DWG, DXF and native CAD formats when applicable. I maintain organized files and clear design structures so clients can review, modify, prototype or share their designs with manufacturer.
