• Designed traction elevator mechanical components in compliance with EN 81-20 and client requests utilizing SolidWorks and GStarCAD software. • Performed detailed FEA simulation of welded assemblies under static loads in SolidWorks to verify structural integrity. • Implemented DFM practices for sheet metal parts and assemblies translating conceptual sketches into manufacturing-ready drawings. • Collaborated and coordinated with R&D, Production and QA departments to ensure on-time and seamless project delivery. • Introduced design automation on CAD assembly level and custom Bill of Materials lists in Excel for the newest ECO3 traction elevator model.

• Developed and implemented a volume mesh conversion algorithm for solid element splitting and type conversion in CFD applications using C++ for ANSA® pre-processor. • Identified split patterns for tetrahedral, pentahedral, hexahedral and pyramid meshes into hexahedral meshes dedicated to a hexa-only element optimal solver. • Implemented a triangulation algorithm for splitting of polyhedral elements. • Developed a User Interface and python script function for automation of said algorithm.
